New senior center at Bon Secours St. Francis campus
A new senior center, borne out of a private-public partnership between Roper St. Francis and the City of Charleston, is on its way to becoming reality in West Ashley. The center will be located on the Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital campus. Its name comes from former Charleston City councilman Louis Waring.
